Return Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below carefully.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition, with original packaging and all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Orders with more than three (3) items or bulk/wholesale purchases Swag bags (pre-packed item bundles, limited-edition gift sets, or promotional packs)
Special edition or limited-edition items Clearance items or items purchased with a discount of 30% or more off the regular price (considered a steep discount)
Phased-out designs, discontinued product styles, or apparel made using discontinued garment colors or blanks (such as discontinued hoodies, t-shirts, or fabric shades no longer offered by our suppliers)
Holiday-themed or seasonal items (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and similar occasions) Items marked as “final sale” at checkout
Refund Method:
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees and minus the cost of return shipping paid by the customer.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase in our store. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
